GGSP (Generic Goods & Services Platform) will primarily serve two personas:
1) Fulfillers (humans who perform tasks for a fee)
2) Users (customers who require offered services).
Customers would be able to schedule their laundry drop-off in the systems where a fulfiller will be able to pickup the clothes and drop it off at customer’s preferred laundry service. Based on the pickup date and time, another fulfiller will pickup the laundry and deliver it back to the customer.
The payment to the laundry services will be done by leveraging a card issued by GGSP to the fulfiller and GGSP’s backend integration will play a role in authorizing the payment. Customer will pay directly to GGSP (which will include appropriate service charges) and it will settle the payments with the fulfiller and laundry service.
There are lots of restaurants and food preparers who are either outside the customers perimeter or their business model prohibits onboarding onto platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. With GGSP, customer could order and schedule a pick up from these places. A fulfiller will pickup and pay using GGSP issued credit card (GGSP’s backend will do the authorization).
Customer will pay directly to GGSP (which will include appropriate service charges) and it will settle the payments with the fulfiller and the restaurant.
